ATINO terms and conditions

What ATINO is

An app and a website for discovering places and things to do in Panama. ATINO is a project of F2V Labs, which is still being incorporated in Panama.

Pending: Who legally offers ATINO and its address will be set once F2V Labs is incorporated.

Who can use it

People aged 13 or older. The app asks your date of birth, and people aged 13 to 17 do not see bars or nightlife.

Pending: Whether parental permission is needed will come from the legal review.

Your account

You can use ATINO as a guest, or with an account using your email or your Google account. Keep your password safe: you are responsible for what is done with your account. You can delete it at any time from Profile or from our website.

Recommendations are a guide

We review places, but their hours, prices and services change without notice. Distances are calculated by street and do not include traffic. Before you go, confirm what matters with the place.

Safety information about a place is a guide: you decide whether it suits you.

Other apps

Directions opens Google Maps or Apple Maps, which have their own terms. ATINO is not responsible for those apps or for the trip.

What you cannot do

• Use ATINO for anything illegal, or to bother or deceive other people.
• Send false or insulting reports.
• Copy the catalog in bulk or with automated programs.
• Try to access parts of ATINO that are not meant for you, or disrupt how it works.

Businesses

If you manage a business from the portal, what you propose (places, changes, photos) goes through the team's approval, which may edit or reject it. When you upload a photo you declare that you took it or have permission, and you authorize ATINO to publish it with the credit you give.

Pending: The terms of Socio ATINO, the paid plan, will be separate once it exists.

Photos and content

Every photo keeps its license and credit. Part of the place and travel data comes from OpenStreetMap. The ATINO brand, design and code belong to the ATINO team.

If you break these terms

We may suspend or delete your account, or remove what you proposed.

Liability

ATINO is offered as is, and it may have errors or stop working at times.

Pending: The limit of liability will come from the legal review.

Changes to these terms

If we change something important, we will tell you in the app before it applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama.

Pending: Which courts settle a dispute will come from the legal review.
